One year down, an entire lifetime of memories packed in
A deep dive into my coursework and frameworks learned.

I learned how to decode, construct, and interpret complex financial reports. Understanding the story behind the numbers gives me the ability to evaluate corporate health and make data-driven, strategic investments in my future roles.
I built a strong foundation in probability and statistics, focusing specifically on the pitfalls of reasoning with data. This gave me the analytical toolkit I need to connect raw data directly to high-level business decisions.
I dove deeper into multivariate regression and hypothesis testing. I learned how to extract genuine signals from noise, enabling me to build predictive models and make confident inferences when launching products.
I learned how to dissect consumer behavior and market environments to shape product, pricing, and communication strategies. This directly empowers me to craft go-to-market plans that resonate with real user needs.
I explored the social science behind motivating human capital and navigating organizational dynamics. These frameworks will be absolutely crucial as I lead cross-functional engineering and business teams in the future.
I mastered conceptual frameworks for evaluating industry economics and competitive advantages. I learned how to define a firm's boundaries and position products to sustain long-term market dominance.

A chronological look at the events, global travels, and memorable moments outside the classroom.
My first time in the USA! Spent the early days getting settled, exploring the city, visiting the iconic Chicago Bean, and hanging out with my American Culture Learning (ACE) Pod.
The Kellogg experience kicked off with Culture in Made (CIM) orientation and an incredible "KWEST" trip exploring Brazil with an amazing new cohort.
First quarter officially started. Navigated preterm, early recruiting, KWEST boat trips, a Cubs game, and even a Monster Truck show!
The first snow arrived. Balanced heavy consulting recruiting with Small Group Dinners (SGDs), Trolley Night, and hosting a successful Izakaya Night for the Japan Club.
Finished Q1 strong and traveled to Jacksonville, Florida to escape the cold, followed by a trip to New York City.
Second quarter began amidst heavy snow. Traveled to Indiana, attended the Ktech Conference, hosted Matcha Night, and hit the slopes for snowboarding.
An epic spring break trek in Patagonia! Kept extremely active with St. Patrick's Day festivities, squash, rock climbing, running, swimming, and chess.
Third quarter began. Highlights included seeing TWICE live in Chicago, a second trip to New York, cricket matches, and continuous running prep.
A massive month! Ran the Half Marathon, got my driver's license, attended Battle of the Bands, and celebrated my birthday with Gia and friends. Also had the Japan Club farewell dinner and Masaki's SGD.
Wrapping up an incredible first year. Celebrated with Dinner en Blanc, Fluke SGD, TG, and the final Japan Club meeting before heading off for the summer.
